Review for Teri Buckner Apartments

If you are looking at Aspen Court Apartments for your rental needs........sure thier rent is in the ball park.......BUT BEWARE OF THE UTILITY BILLS!!!!!!! I rented an upstairs unit, 2 bedroom apartment......... UTILITY BILLS WERE BETWEEN $200 AND $300.........CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (with AC set at 82 and hot as hell!) Look .somewhere eles........the AC uniits are old and in disrepair....there is little insulation...........and believe me in the summer monthes....APS won't cut you a break..and neither will the apartment complex..YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!!!! Repairs are not handled in a timely manner......we did most of it ourselves.....(leaking water...etc)......... Right now.....after moving from there because it was getting out of control.....I now have a $452.00 utility bill!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT SOME PLACE NEWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
