Stone Oaks is situated near the junction of the Santan Freeway and the Price Freeway, about 2 miles outside of downtown Chandler. Leaseholders working at the Chandler Regional Medical Center have just a half mile commute to work every day. Residents with young children will find several schools and daycare centers in the area, including Conley Elementary School and Gymboree Play and Music. Despite the location, reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of parking and the inconsistent utility charges. However, reviewers did like the large apartments and the safe area. Palm Trails Condominiums is situated near the Loop 101 and the Loop 202, about 20 miles outside of downtown Phoenix. The condos are close to several universities, community colleges, and trade schools; the University of Phoenix is a mere ten miles away. Pinnacle Queen Creek is situated just north of the Chandler Municipal Airport, right by I-10 and Loop 202. Tenants commuting to Phoenix can take the Valley Metro and get to the heart of the city in about 30 minutes. The Arizona Railway Museum, Chandler Museum, and Gilbert Historical Museum, are close by. Despite the location and historical surroundings, reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with management and maintenance, concern over the general safety of the building, and the rather high lease prices.
