For residents who want abs like the warriors in 300, Spartan Training is down South Alma School Road next to the Good Egg. Cantera is located right off the Santan Freeway, 2 miles west of downtown Chandler. Residents never have to fear getting to the hospital on time, whether they are a patient or employee because the Chandler Regional Medical Center is just a half mile away. For a quick bite to eat, residents can take advantage of the close by Quizno’s, or travel a bit farther for Famous Dave’s or the Cheesecake Factory at the Chandler Village Center. The center also includes a Costco and a variety of nearby shops. Reviews agreed that the management and maintenance staff are quick and efficient, with great customer service. Ocotillo Bay Apartments is located near I-10 and the 87, 3 miles south of downtown Chandler. Residents interested in dance and the arts will find a few different places in their neck of the woods, including Heat Wave Dance Academy, Chandler School of Fine Arts, and Kriti Dance. Pheasant Run Apartments are located near the 101, 2 miles outside of the heart of downtown Chandler. Leaseholders will find convenient shopping at the Walmart across the road; the shopping center also includes a dentist’s office and a pharmacy. If leaseholders are employed at the Hunter Medical Plaza, they have a short and easy commute to work. For tenants with gifted children, the Skyline Prep & Arts Academy is located a short way down West Warner Road.
