We moved into these apartments about 7 months ago. From the get go we had problems but were willing to give the place a chance. Boy I wish we moved out when we had the chance. First of all. The apartment that we moved into was a mess. It was not painted and the hard wood floors in the kitchen were coming up! Our microwave would smoke when we used it so we asked for a new one. It took the place almost 2 months to get us another one. We have a horrible bug problem ranging from wasps, roaches, wolf spiders, and worst, black widows. Don't bother asking the complex to come and spray in your home though, they will procastinate and wait as long as they can. From other neighbors that I have spoken to, they have the same bug problem as well. The office is very unprofessional and after a while, my husband and I decided to break our lease and pay the fine. They told us that it would cost over $5,000 to move out! Thats crazy. So needless to say we are stuck here until the end of our lease. I call it hell! What ever you do, don't move here.
