I relocated for a higher paying job offer and since I was familiar witht the property, I decided that this one would be different. Well, call me stupid. I lived in 3 Camden properties, 2 in North Carolina and 1 in Arizona and they all have one thing in common: ROACHES! I'm not impressed with this Camden property because when I came earlier due to extenuating circumstances, the staff was not very understanding and friendly. Shortly thereafter these nasty looking things that look like the cousins of cock roaches started to appear and I hardly have any furniture in the house. The bathroom drawers broke, the sink and faucets needed repair and the refigerator broke and all of this in 6 months!!! My lease is up in September 07 and best believe I am already looking. This complex rates higher than most but I am sure there is better. It is a gated community but I really don't feel safe. Unless you like roaches, I would advise you to look somewhere else
