Let me start by saying that i do not work for camden. My fiance and I have lived here for about 3 months and we love it. Between us we've lived in 7 different apartment complexes in several different states and in comparison, camden pecos ranch is great. The office staff is friendly, everything is clean and looks nice. Our apartment is the largest one bedroom and is very nice and maintenance has been quick to respond to the 1 minor problem we had. We haven't had any problems with bugs at all and i've seen them spraying outside atleast once a week. The only small problem we've had at all is that we are on the first floor and the people who used to live upstairs had a small child that ran back and forth alot and it was really loud and annoying, but they moved out and we barely hear the new neighbor. We have a dog and it's a pet friendly community.. most people pick up after their dogs because they have these doggie poop bag stations placed all around the complex. I have always felt safe and walk my dog around at night by myself. Parking is good too and it only a short drive to almost any restaurant or shopping you might want. Like I said, we've lived in a lot of differnet apartments and none of them are perfect but you could do A LOT worse then here! I don't know what these other people are complaining about... maybe they just haven't lived in apartments very long. The only reason we're leaving is because I got a job out of state... otherwise we love it. If we ever come back to AZ we'd definately rent here again!
