If you do not like living in a place that has low standards then you may want to look elsewhere. This community is not very concerned about appearance, dog crap in the entryways, bird crap on the sidewalks,parking stalls are cluttered with garbage and leaves. Half of the units have overgrown trees that drop leaves on your patio, which you are responsible to maintain. Neighbors do not respect quite time,constant noise all hours of the night, car alarms going off all night long.
Young kids partying all night in and out slamming doors and patio gates. I have lived here for awhile now and I can not wait to leave. Residents concerns are not a top priority here at the Fairways. The trash dumpsters are allways overflowing and trash is allways an issue. I have also heard that your deposit is rarely refunded. So if you choose to live in Chandler, don't expect any luxury.
