Management is slow to respond to any requests or inquiries. They truly seem to care very little, if at all about their residents. On the day we moved out in the middle of July our air conditioner malfuntioned. We had to clean the entire apartment and finish packing in 120 degree heat. we called the front desk about the issue, then 3 hours later, maintenance showed up, only to improperly fix the our AC. The next time we called them, it took even long for maintenace to respond. To add insult to injury, they actually billed us for some sort of "extra cleanup" they had to do even though we had already paid their "decoration fee" upon moving in. Well fix our AC in the middle of a summer cleanup, and perhaps it would have been up to your extraordinarily foolish standards.
