Review for Stonebridge Ranch Apartments

I've lived all over the world. I've lived in a cliff in Turkey, a hallway with no windows in London, and on a couch in Manhattan...but I've never been so angry in my life as I am over Stonebridge Ranch. They're running a scam based on some small print in the lease about informing them if you plan to move out AFTER YOUR LEASE IS OVER. Yeah. How asinine is that? I was supposed to tell them, IN WRITING and 6 WEEKS prior to the end of my lease that I was, indeed, moving out at the end of my lease. The penalty for me not telling them that our one year contract would be ending at the end of one year? $2000. That, my friends, is a scam.
