I lived there about two years ago, and while it was an okay place to live (no real complaints, just too many people not cleaning up after their dogs), I just found out yesterday that they cited me for turning in my keys 10 days late. Now, I *know* that I turned in my keys at the move-out date (but unfortunately never thought to get a reciept), and I *know* I never recieved any written bills from them in all that time. Hell, I had all my furniture moved out the week prior, just so I *could* give do the final apt check and return the keys well ahead of time. So now, not only are they calling a Collections Agency after me, but they've also fucked my Credit Report, all for a piddly $215. I'm still dealing with them right now. Do yourself a favor and don't live here. Companies like Aimco, who make profit by screwing their customers, don't deserve your patronage.
