they are under construction for "structural damage" but the rumor is they are going condo. the apt staff lie. the cabinets are falling apart. they are not supposed to work on a unit if someone lives in them, but that doesn't stop them. don't even consider this place. they are nice looking from the outside, but even if they were $200/mo i wouldn't live there again.
