At this point in time I cant reveal too much information about this apartment due to an on going law suit that I have against the greens. My only recomendation for everyone who decides to go against this site and sign a contract with the greens is make sure everything is in writing and legal signed documents! If you give them any room to take advatage of you they will. On another topic when it comes to scorpions I dont really see it as a issue, I have seen three baby scorpions in the past 12 months I have been at the complex. But one of which was dead and the others never made it past my tile when entering the apartment. As I said I will give more information after my law suit is over with but I must say beware of this complex!
