I have lived here for about 5 months now, and I have nothing good to say about this management company. My neighbors tell me stories about the previous management company and how they were wonderful...Well for some reason, they left and we are now stuck with the management from hell!!!
They dont think that rushing water in the apartment (in places other then the sink, toilet, and shower) isn't an emergency. The carpets everywhere were soaked. We had no clue where the water was coming from so we couldn't turn it off. When I called the office, they told me that it was not an emergency and that a maintenance person was going to come by the apartment sometime during the week. UM...Yea, Last I checked, if the flooring is soaking wet and there is no sign of where it came from...EMERGENCY!!!
another topic, the people who work in the office have attitudes that really need to go away! Every time I walk into the office to pay my rent, I get an attitude that is definatly not needed. I usually have to wait about 15 mins for someone to actually come up to me and take my check. then they spend another 10 mins trying to figure out how to divide 791 in half.. and yes, they are using a calculater! And when I ask for a copy of the checks that I am handing over, I get an eye roll and a heavy sigh. Im sorry I am making you get off your snotty fat ass and give me a copy. Perhaps if I trusted you enough to actually take my check and deposit it where it goes, I wouldnt have to get a copy and you could continue eating your ho-ho and playing with your myspace! I am paying to live in a hell hole and I dont like it
If you are thinking about moving here, I would advise you to not. Turn around, run away, and tell everyone you know of what a terrible place this is!!
