I have lived here for 1.5 years and it was good with previous management. Since new management has arrived I have received nothing but rudeness, lateness in responding to my requests, and complete and utter disregard for resident needs. I have submitted requests a number of times and after making many, MANY calls and stepping into the office to submit my work order requests they FINALLY come to look at the problems in my apartment. BUT then they dont' fix it and I have to put in another request to come back and get it fixed. Long story short, things take forever to get fixed and the management just has no concern for its residents needs.
I'm concerned about some of the residents who are here too. Since i've lived here I've had 4 different neighbors move in next door to me. This concerns me since short term leases are not available in our complex. I have really loud and scary neighbors who are always fighting, slamming doors and shouting at odd hours of the night.
Parking is another situation all together. I have already had instances when people have parked in my spot several times and I've had to park a long distance from my apartment, management has done nothing to remove them from the spot.
This place has many attributes that would appeal to ppl, close to mall and freeways, low rent --BUT TRUST ME...it's not worth it. I am trying to get out of my lease but the management here is so difficult about it. I have tried to get people to take over my lease and they have just refused them due to credit issues (without ever checking their credit!!!).
There are many places nearby that are far better ...do not come here...it's a living hell!!!
