Apartment Review for Alante At The Islands

I have now lived at the Islands for a year and within the year the Staff turn over is shocking. The property management (Bethany Homes) has repeatly chosen poor ways to communicate changes to the residents- tucking papers along with the menus into the door. getting simply maintenance requests (level out my fridge and changing the patio light bulb) has taken them a month- and what does get fixed is below par.
The Office manager lacks listening skills and interupts. They do a poor job of keeping records (I rent a garage and they have "rented" it out twice now). The lack of professionalism astounds me and is not JUST towards residents but to the staff themselves. witnessing and overhearing several verbal abuse sessions myself. I do not plan on renewing my lease once it comes up- I lived in questionable apartments prior to living here and always had spectacular service with the office staff and mainitenance- I am blown away.
