Horrible Management, Tinfoil, And Turmoil

Rented: From 2006 To 2008

Do not move into these apts!!!! I really enjoyed living there until the past few months. The place really took a nose dive, allowed people to put tinfoil on the windows. We moved out and they are keeping our deposit!!

We paid the rent on the 3rd (which is acceptable according to our lease). They put a notice on our door on the 2nd reminding us the rent was due on the 3rd and charged 35 dollars for "attorney fees". (for filing out the notice). I refused to pay the $35 so they said I was late on my rent, accrued all sorts of bogus charges, which add up to$250.....my deposit!!!

This is what happens when an apartment complex goes down hill....they are desperate for money.
