What A Joke!

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Beware this company does not refund security deposits when you move out. We lived at the community, completed the lease, paid on time, and have been waiting 90+ days for my $400 deposit. Rumor has it they also do not paying any the company's that come to the property to complete work. They are nice apartments, just very unprofessional staff. Tip to the manager the golden rule: Treat people like you would want to be treated.
