Apartment Reviews for Alante At The Islands - Chandler

I move in this month I must admitt I was a little nervous after reading the reviews.

The office is really nice and the maintenance seems freindly. I love my apartment. The apartment had new carpets and a view over one of the pools. I love it.

I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am a current resident getting ready to move into my own home. Staff has been great with all my work orders and pleasant office staff. Its been great renting here. Manager keeps this place looking great.

I stayed here for about 3/4 years! I loved it! Had no choice to move. They have a service where this wonderfull lady Mrs. Nancy comes one day a week and does fun things with the kids! all kids love it! Hope they still have it! We had one time that our car was broken into but that was when we 1st moved there and they caught the guy! Only trouble we ever had!!!! I trully miss it!

I've lived here almost a year. This has been my best apartment experience from the past 3 different places.they change my air filters for me since the ceilings are 9 ft. high (which i love since i have alot of art for the walls). i love going on my patio in the morning, its really private and the view is really pretty. i havent had any problems with noise or trouble, the night patrol is nice and friendly......all in all i love it here!

This apt. is very nice. The units are huge! The only thing I don't like about this place is during the fall, the marching band for the high school (that is located right by units) practices in the fall at 6:30 a.m. - no that wasn't a typo. Also, hope you don't need anything from the Property Manager...She's a control freak. All the staff left when she came here....hmmm. <P>
