Apartment Review for Biscayne Bay Apartments

My only problems are that the carpet gets worn and dirty very easy. It appears to be hastily thrown and nailed onto the floor of the apt. It tears up around all the points where it meets the linolium or tile. The landscaping is second rate (at least by my apt). I had a tree hanging down that I had to duck under everyday for 2 months despite repeated notifications of the problem. The sprinklers flood the grassy areas below my apt. There are a ton of pigeons around, which number 2 all over my patio. But...I will say the office people are friendly. The apartments are spacious and I like the floorplans. Aside from the gheeto rats that just moved in nearby, my neighbors are OK. Boom...
