Review for Camden Pecos Ranch Apartments

If you will be using this engine to narrow the selection process for a future residence, please disregard the reviewer below, whose apartment was infested with deadly black widow spiders, roaches, and weed-smoking piranhas. It's a miracle she's still alive! To set the record straight, I'd like to convey the same satisfaction that I know the majority of other residents at Camden Pecos Ranch would express. In my lease term here (over 1 year) I've had nothing but positive experiences with the maintenance, management staff and fellow residents. Problems are fixed with urgency and the professionalism displayed in the office is exemplary. From large floorplans to quiet living and overall value, this is definately a place to consider in your apartment search. Location is ideal: close to major streets and the new 202 while maintaining a sense of serenity that is a rare find in Chandler. Let's be real...this place is not heaven, but it's a find! As a matter of fact, I'd like to find myself locked in a closet with the majority of the office staff!
