Review for Camden Pecos Ranch Apartments

First of all you state you lived at Pecos for 13 months? Why did'nt you just break your lease??? If money was an issue they have payment plans!! I can't believe you would continue to live in a place you hated sooooo much!! Obviously it was'nt that bad. Second the new neighbor was ME!! I am "Young" and like to have fun but never disrespected any of my neighbors. Third I had a dog who weighed 15lbs.!! and had no voice box!! If a 15lbs. dog can make that much noise you need to move to tim buck two where your closest neighbor is 15 miles away. Nice try. By the way you failed to mention that you let your dog poop on your patio and never once in thirteen months cleaned it up!! SICK! Maybe thats where all the "bugs" came from??? Maybe thats why they wanted to inspect your apartment. As for the manager, I have never be treated so well in my life I had several conversations with her and never once left upset or with out answer to any of my questions or concerns. I never had a work order once the whole time I lived there. I take that back I had my air filter changed and it was completed by the time I got home from work. Fourth if you didnt have so many bags of trash on your patio the cats would have gone home. You are a slob and I feel sorry for your current neighbors!! PECOS RANCH IS THE BEST.
