There Are Better Places In Chandler...Keep Looking

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

We are stuck here because we need a short term lease (3 months) before our house is finished. We have been complaining about a bad odor in our storage room (cat litter smell) and they continue to ignore us. Also, the tubs and sinks have been painted and the paint is peeling, sinks are rusting, not very sanitary. Horrible problems with crickets. Security is non-existent...we left our garage door open for one minute and a bike pump was stolen. As for sound...it sounds like we live below a bowling alley and there are large dogs barking from cages everywhere. Since they allow very large dogs, expect very large dog droppings everywhere. Unless you have no choice...move on to a different apartment.
