Apartment Review for Camden Pecos Ranch Apartments

There was barely any damage to the carpet when I moved out, and yet they want to charge me an arm and a leg for carpet replacement. They can't give me any specifics on what the damage is. They just say "pet damage". I found out from a friend that Camden is now assuring new residents that they will have brand new carpeting when they move in. So basically, Camden is ripping me off so that they can give their new residents new carpeting.
I've had nothing but problems with the office staff at this place the whole time I lived there. It's not worth the hassle. Trust me, go live somewhere else!
