I moved from PA to go to school in Tempe, yes it's a drive back and forth but it's worth it. I've lived here for 3 months and I have no complaints. Maybe before they switched owners they sucked but not now. This is also the area to live in, it's cheap yet fancy, a cheaper version of Scottsdale. management go above and beyond to help, the pools are clean, the only insects we've got so far are crickets and spiders and that's rarely! Quietness which is especially good for a college student such as myself, nice people live here. I honestly can't believe how nice maintenance is, and they are good, no problems here. Judge for yourself though if you don't believe me.
