Extreemly Poor Management

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

Management did not disclose their outrageous pet deposit fees ($600 for 2 cats + $40/mo. in rent) to us prior to writting a holding check. Management stated they would contact us within 24 hours about credit approval and did not contact us for over 5 days, the thrid day of which we had cancelled the hold (within the 72 hour cancelling window) by voice mail.

The management contacted us on the 6th day by voice mail and stated if we did not call them back with our credit card information to run the application fee charge, they would deposit our entire holding check. When we attempted to contact them again, the leasing agent we had spoken with would not take nor return our calls.

I would not rent from this complex or any Simpson managed property.
