Apartment Review for Coronado Crossing Apartments

I've been renting from Coronado Crossing since the beginning of the year (2009), and so far I have not come across any major issues. The complex is beautiful, and in very good condition. The office staff has always been very friendly, and professional when it comes to any needs that I may have. As for safety, yeah the gates aren't always closed and in 100% working condition, but that's life. Parking isn't the best either for your guests, depending on the time of day. I mean, there is always parking somewhere, maybe just not the closest at times. It's a very quiet community, and the neighbors are always very friendly.

The only major complaint that I have, and this is nothing that they can control, are the bugs! I've lived in a few different complex's in the Phoenix Metro area, and this area is by far the worst for insects and bugs. I recently had to sweep and spray my patio because I had a spider cocoon right outside of my bedroom door. Yeah, ick.
