Review for Crosswinds Apartments

Appearance is very deceptive! A neighbor told me this place was called Hacienda Del Sol and then a new manager came in, changed name to San Tan Crossing. Now it's Crosswinds. Still same crappy apartments, same very unsafe, drug infested, gun shots ring out on a nightly basis neighborhood.

Plain and simple people! Don't not Rent here unless you can't afford anywhere else, enjoy drug deals going down in front of buildings. ICE coming through looking for illegals, sure it's nice to have a police presence in the neighborhood. But this is like a prison and the police are the guards.

A friend and I were outside one evening drinking a couple cold adult beverages and 3 unmarked dark blue dodge Chargers police cars pull up, out pop the police and 20 mins later one of our illustrious apartment dwelling drug dealers was led away in cuffs. Have no fear he was back within a few days.

Also heard about a resident had attempted suicide, I think in building 13 and the apartment management never properly cleaned the apartment. I heard that blood was all over that apartment, yet management did nothing.

Crappy place to live! Office staff is useless and don't care about the general upkeep around the complex. Dimly lit walking paths around the complex. Maintenance probably have less than a GED education and are not sure how things work.

Only 3 more months and I am out of this place. Thank god! Don't move here!
