Review for Crosswinds Apartments

Pam Large, an official in Chandler's Neighborhood Resources office, said she recently received numerous tenant complaints about plumbing damage, pest infestations, many reports of crime and drug activities, poor to no maintenance items being handled at Crosswinds Apartments and is concerned about rumors of financial troubles.

Property records show the Bethany Group purchased the two Chandler complexes in 2007: Alante for $40.8 million and Crosswinds for $21 million.

As of March 1st, 2009 the South Arizona Ave has been turned over to the banks and the Bethany Group is in foreclosure, no one at the property is sure when and if they will be given back, if ever their deposits. Most if not all residents are unsure of day to day operations around the complex.

At this point folks Run like all get out away from this place. Crosswinds is about to become one of the biggest eyesores in South Chandler. Expect drug activity, prostitution and crime to escalate at this location on South Arizona Ave.
