Apartment Review for Dobson Towne Centre

Property ok but it lacks parking and is old. Management is a pain, wouldn't set up my water, wouldn't do paperwork for a walk through, and charged a lot to move out (without itemizing deductions from deposit). They were uncooperative and dodgy, didn't help with a very noisy neighbor below (my floor would shake from his bass). Wasn't the worst place but it is older than it looks and management is pretty bad.
