Apartment Review for Gila Springs Apartments

Since the new manager as taken over the quality of life at Gila Springs has gone down hill fast.They don't enforce any of the complexes rules such as no bikes, scooters or cleaning up after the dogs. They refuse to keep dumpster lids closed per city ordinance creating a bad bird and rat problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values quality of life!!! It's a zoo here and the animals are in charge.
