Our Review for Gila Springs Apartments
Gila Springs Apartments sit near I-10 and the Santan Freeway, about 6 miles west of downtown Chandler. Near the Ahwatukee Foothills, the complex is flanked by Sun Ray Park on one side and Desert Breeze Park on the other. Across the road near the Chandler Business Center, residents will find a plethora of things to keep their minds and bodies active, including Classic Image Dance, Desert Lights Gymnastics, and Archery Headquarters. Reviews generally indicated that residents were satisfied with the management staff and that they liked the quiet, scenic location. In addition, reviewers agreed that the complex has a strong community vibe, but some notified management that their units had mold & pest problems.

The apartments are nice and I got a cheap move in. They have parties and give free food all the time. Plus the leasing girl is cute. She is always willing to help. All my friends are going to move in here soon!

I have lived at Gila Springs for 5 years and have enjoyed my time here. Yes the property is old but the staff take care of all issues I have ever had. I hear my nieghbors sometimes but what can you expect from apartments. My rent is a little high but it's worth it for the location I have being by the lake!

Gila springs is clean and well maintained, Some of the residents let there wild children run rampant and could careless what they do. But thanks to the awesome staff we have they keep them under control! We love the amineties and the LAKE WOW AWESOME! The grounds are green and very well kept..and we are willing to wait for that second pool to open with beautiful new tile! They have done an amazing job on rehabing our place we call home......Steve and Carrie <P>

We have lived here for 2 years, and have seen this little quite property be maintained to a T. The lake is awesome,The groungs are clean and green, and the staff is quick and friendly to respond to any concerns we have. My mother moved here and is loving it too...Do yourself a favour and join us here. <P>
