Greentree Place, Has been purchaced by PEM Investments who have worked dilligently to resolve the past concerns of its residents that it Inherited, and those who are New to the Community. We welcome you as our neighbor.Some how I have noticed that people always can express their negative views and affect the lives of others. I have been here for nearly 3 ys. and want to help expel the negative reviews of the past. Greentree Place is being Revitalized,by the New Owner,PEM Investments. Those who have resided here in the past, and have expressed their opinions and views were probably past residents that have not experienced the growth that many of the residents here at Greentree have experienced since our visionary has purchased the property .Therefore they do not know of the present lifestyle here.There have been many improvements that have been made here,since we have new Ownership internally and externally, things are looking up here at Greentree Place Apartment Homes.(1 )In My Opinion after experiencing my transition here, I will ANSWER YOUR QURSTIONS IN MY HONEST OPINION (1) The Property is patrolled by security. (2) I donot have 2 cars,but so far my car has been safe. (4) Have called and have always gotten results (5) These guys are Awesome,The New Maintinence Supervisor is on top of his game,and will correct any problemyou are concerned with in your unit. His maintinence crew of 2 are always there to a assist with whatever your concerns are,in a professional and courtious manner and WILL WORK TO GET THE JOB DONE.I will call them the Dream Team.(6) My unit is in Excellent Condition You are close to Post Office, Police Dept.,Fire Dept. Library, City of Chandler Administrative Offices, Malls,Concidering that this is ,and Older Development that have been Recently Upgraded. (7)This is a Great Place for those who have reciently Relocated from another State or are considering Relocation Starting over again. Close to shopping centers and Hwy 101 and 202 New East Valley,. High School and Elementary very close for your children. Your are in Downtown Chander close it shops . (8) Its a Great place to live,We Welcome You as,New Friends and Neighbors.(9) I would reccommend you to make Green Tree Place,your Place to Start your new life.We Welcome you to Our Growing Community,looking forward to meeting you soon.Many Professionals here too from everywhere! Management lied to us about the roach infestation, their other property Villamora, formly Olive Grove, has a scorpion infestation. Lying to potential residents doesn't create positive busniess relationships. Do not stay at any properties owned by PEM.
