Apartment Review for Hacienda Del Sol Apartments

this place is terrible... i was just sitting in my apartment watching tv, i heard a few gunshots outside and waited alittle bit to go check it out... then i got freaked and looked up the adress online to see what else has happened here... since i moved here i have had my truck stolen, my door kicked in, and the neighbor got his head shuved in a rosebush at 4 in the morning, beat up and had his wallet stolen. the management is rude, and heartless, and can not relate with any situation that could impede with your lease... the maintenance is rude, and lazy, the look for any reason to evict families or workers... i will not go get my mail at night, and i wear my gun on my side to take the trash out... i have had people approach me to buy drugs.. or sell drugs to them.. and i have a job, and do not look like a drug addict... this is the worse place i have ever lived, if you are looking for drugs, prostitutes, or want a culture shock, or even want to see what the worse conditions to live in are, so you appreciate every other place you live in your life then this is tha place for you, im looking at my walls rite now, noticing that it looks like there are about 10 good patchjobs done from someone punching through the wall, and it looks like they redid a 5x5 sheet of drywall for some reason, if you stare in the corners in the bathroom the walls are curved, the cabinets are made of chemical board, the models are not what are in the actual apartments, and the first morning i woke up here my neighbor downstairs was knocking on my door asking if i overflowed the bathtub... because her ceiling was wet.. so theres plumbing issues as well, we are currently waiting on our termite inspections... and they do not give you notice before they come into your apartment for random maintenance... there is no privacy here... there arent even thermostats, they just have the air conditioners like you get in cheap apartments... <P>
