Apartment Review for Hohokam Villas

The office staff was always helpful and friendly. I never had an issue with safety. It is not gated so I was a bit worried about the safety at first but it is a good area. The neighbors are all very friendly as well, my room mate has constant car trouble and somebody was always out there helping him within minutes of his struggle.

The apts themselves could be a bit updated. All the kitchen appliances are old but still work great. we had an issue with the doors sticking pretty badly but I think we just got used to that.

The property is maintained weekly.

Maintenance was always quick and helpful.

The only issue I really had was the amount of kids here only because on the weekends by eight in the morning they are all out runing around and playing, which is a bother if you live on the first floor.

Overall, this place was great.
