Apartment Review for Los Arboles Apartments

My fiance and I moved here because we were attracted to the lush landscaping, the workout room and the pools. We were also led to believe that it was a nice community. We've been living here for 9 months and are anxious to move out. Not only is the management absolutely unprofessional but they are extremely un- organized. This neighborhood has a high crime rate with drugs and thieves and is not kid friendly. The apartments itself are old and everything is falling apart. The water heater broke, the toilets dont work , the garpage disposal leaks, the phone and electrical outlets are old and loose so nothing stays plugged in. There is no circulation in the apartments itself so during the summer you have to have the ac on at all times to be comfortable. The property gate shut on my brand new car and it took them two weeks to respond. Even though I called ever day, they never called back or were "busy". The landscaping is poorly maintained, as well as the pools. They were supposed to fix the pools, property gates, and park gates 9 months ago when we first looked at the apartments on our property tour. They have hardly been touched. Oh, and there is not a workout room. It got turned into a storage room for maintenance supplies. AND they charge ridiculous fees for petty things. The parking lot and property is not well it and is not safe for females. I was followed home twice. its scary. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors too well. <P>
