I have lived in Los Arboles for a few months. Overall, nice place, I like it. However I dropped my rent in the slot on the first in the morning. They send me an eviction notice today with a $100 penalty. I go down and ask, she says it wouldn't have happened, I must have turned it in on the 3rd.
My point? If you pay rent, pay early and get a receipt. Don't expect to be treated with professionalism once you live here. I also thought I had the correct rent amount for the first month. Turns out I was $15 short. I came home to an eviction notice and again, about $100 in fees. I paid it that time because..ok, my mistake. This time it was theirs. I haven't had this kind of treatment at any other apartment complex. I won't be staying here when my lease is up.

the aprtment bur in accident they offered a ssistant for the night the next day kick me out and now they're asking me to pay because I broke my lease? I have the papers that proof they kick me out if someone has an issue with the apartments I want o hear that 4805181347 <P>

My Fiance' and I recently moved in and we absolutely love it here! We used to live in a dump with lots of crime and LOUD neighbors everywhere but here we have the quietest neighbors. The staff is always saying hi and asking how things are going. The maintenance people came right away when we had them fix the faucet... it's too bad the other reviews are so negative...not sure what happened there maybe it was a different staff or something. <P>

I've lived here for 2 years and don't know what others are complaining about. Maybe they are just the complaining type. I haven't had any more or less problems than in other apartment buildings I've lived in. It's one of the least expensive in Chandler area. <P>
