The office staff is wonderful. They know you by name, and work very hard to get back to you if you need anything. Many times I have been in a bind and they have let me use their computer. The office manager is so nice and works hard to make sure your happy.
The complex is very dog friendly. Everybody has one and there is even a dog park. Yes some people dont pick up after their dog but if management catches them, they get fined.
The apartments are in good condition, they have a community office with computers and internet for anyone to use.
The noise is actually not bad. I am an extremely light sleeper and I rarely wake up. Yes the landscapers do come early, but not very often at all maybe once or twice a month. There has never been noise late at night and during the day the only thing you might here is a dog barking once and a while.
It is a 24 hr gym and office, and they even provide you with bottles of water.
My apartment is right next to my parking and there is always plenty of parking available. THis is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

1) I've been living in this apartment complex for about 6 months. And I haven't had a good night sleep, since the first day of my move-in.
Landscapers start working right after 6 am every day, Monday through Friday! Blowing, mowing, trimming ... And this is Phoenix with almost non-existent bushes, trees or grass. I don't understand what they are blowing or trimming for hours, the naked rocks'
I have complained to the staff many times, they took no action. Once they told me because it is very hot, landscapers had to start very early. But come on, it is that hot only during June-September, not whole year long.
If you are a light sleeper, have a baby or simply you'd like to get your 7-8 hour daily sleep this is not the place for you.
2) And please do not trust what the leasing office tells you about the payment day of your rent. Read your lease agreement carefully. I've been told by their staff I can pay until the 4th day of each month. And when I did so, I was told I should have paid the 1st day and needed to pay a penalty. When I told the name of the person who told me I could, they said she was no longer working there, so they didn't accept my payment. Now, that shows in my credit history.
3) Other than that maintenance staff is great and friendly.
4) The complex doesn't have a gated entrance, so anyone can easily enter.
5) The complex is very close to the Chandler Hospital, 5 minutes drive.

My husband and I moved from Oregon to Arizona and by chance ended up at Montage. We've only been here 6 months and are not sure if we are going to extend our lease because of the rent going up. You do get what you pay for... the management is great. The staff is very nice. We haven't needed maintenance since we've been here. The neighbors are polite but not friendly. The grounds are very nice, although people don't pick up their dog's waste - the apartment complex often does this for them. The pool isn't as nice as it looks in the pictures, but it's OK. Kind of small, and a lot of kids during the swimming months, which is to be expected I guess. It's in a very nice community and a park is walking distance away. Again, if it weren't for the price, I wouldn't hesitate to stay.
