Apartment Review for Ocotillo Bay Apartments

I'm not sure why people would rather complain about the landlord doing nothing about the noise instead of getting to know their neighbor well enough that there's not friction when you knock on the door at 11:00 and ask them if they can turn the stereo/tv down a little bit. If the footsteps above you are an issue, live upstairs or buy a house--that's simply a part of apartment living. <P>
Maintenance concerns are addressed within 24 hours. <P>
They have an issue with pigeons in my breezeway. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a rather large pile of droppings before it's cleaned. <P>
The management is lackluster. I have nothing positive to say about their office staff. I've had no problems, but they always leave the impression that you're an interruption in their day instead of the reason they're employed. <P>
