Apartment Reviews for Olive Grove - Chandler

When first getting this place I was a little unsure after reading the reviews about the scorpions but in the end my boyfriend, roommate, and me end up signing a yr lease with them. The first night i found a small scorpion in my room then roommate found one in his but dead already. After that we got nothing till a few months later we started getting ants in our rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and even living room pretty much in the whole apartment. Then winter came and they all went away. Things were good till a month ago and we got ants again. As for the scorpions we end up finding them in our lights but there always dead when we find them. Besides scorpions and ants its been a good place. We dont have trouble parking near our apartment at all it may be because we dont live in the middle of the complex but on the end were there is only 12 apartments on our side and plenty of parking. As for the noise its ok sometimes wake up to the maintenance doing yard work or kids playing outside. The dog downstairs would always bark when its owner was gone so we end up calling management and they right away called the owner and gave them a warning ever since they kept there dog quiet. Only thing that does **** me off is someone scratch my new truck and scratch ******* on the side. I know that it had to be some kids that walk around the complex thinking there thugs or something but i got nothing to show that it was them. Our yr lease is almost up and we are no renewing it because of the bugs and my boyfriend and me want our own place. For it being my first place the 3 bedroom was a good first place to live in.
