Apartment Review for Palm Terrace

Where to begin.... we have lived in this apartment for about 20 months now. At first it was a pretty great place. The apartment is very nice sized and is convently located to schools and other areas that are important to us. There are big rooms and each apartment has 2 balconies. There is a park and two onsite laundry facilities. But the park is disgusting and the laundry is so horribly inconvient. After about a year, one of our neighbors moved out and we began to have a huge cockroach infestation. It is horrible. They come out at night and mainly are in the bathroom and kitchen. We'll turn on the bathroom light and 15, I'm not exaggerating, cockroaches will scatter. They are various sizes, and some are very small but still. They are in our cupboards and crawl all over our dishes. Plus the dishwasher makes our dishes more dirty in the first place. The neighbors are very noisy and leave trash everywhere. The place looks like a dump. I guess the rent is cheap but this place is so disgusting in every aspect that I totally would discourage anyone from even thinking about living here.
