Apartment Reviews for Palm Trails - Chandler

When I first moved in 7 months ago, I loved my apartment. I loved the floorplan and I still do. They do a great job with the grounds upkeep. I like my apartment a lot. But when my lease is up in five more months I plan on not resigning because of management. I have had a work order in for over two months and from what other people have told me, they also have been waiting a long time to get work orders completed. The manager, (Dina) is very unprofessional. It doesn't take much to make this woman angry. It suprises me that she is even in a management position. Also, this place is infested with cockroaches. I've gotten it under control and I don't find nearly as many as I did when I first moved in, but I do still find them. And not just the little normal size roaches. I have been finding very large sewer roaches for the past few months. I live down stairs and they have the air conditioning units right next to one of the bedroom windows. They are so noisy, I have to wear earplugs to get any sleep. I would recommend this apartment only to my enemy. If you are considering renting, I suggest you look else where.
