when I 1st moved in ,, it was great! I loved the managers, the staff, and all the next door friends! how ever when the new lady Karen came, she made my life a living ****! along with alot of other people who lived here in these apartments! they do not charge the same rent for everyone, they tell you, that you can not put your childrens bikes on the porch, where els are we suppose to put them? you can not have a b b q gril on your porch? they they let some people pay the rent up to 5 days late without being charged, but some other people they charge when your 1 day late, Karen has made alot of people move out, I now live in my new home, and it is way better, bigger, and cheaper! now Karen is trying to give people great deals to get them into the parktower apartments, because she ran so many people off! I wonder if this racist woman stil has a job, and I wonder how many other apartments she screwed up! also the managers were having sexual realationships with the handy men! plus smoking right in front of the office doors, when I heard your not suppose to be smoking within 20 feet of a building! it was always muddy, the pool is dirty, your water will be turned off for most of the day, without notice, they do not like replacing anything! theres a bee problem, and theres lots of dog poop in the grass, so your kids cant run around, and the bird poop all over the sidewalk is just sickning! have fun i you move here, I feel so much more alive now that I dont live there! my life was becoming stressed, and depressed living there!
