The walls are thin, the managment is clueless, and it's ALWAYS noisey.


Management barely knows me and are never up to speed on problems they should know about. They misplace what they've done with rent checks, and do very little to help. Staff are often cold, and sometimes rude. Very dissapointing experience.


Emergency maintenace is fast initially, but follow ups are slow and inconsistent. I needed to nag until I was blue in the face to get things done.
