Worst Management Ever!!

Rented: From 2005 To 2007

They never lost my rent check in the night drop box for the past 24+ months, but they conveniently lost my termination notice in the same exact night drop box, and had a nerve to charge me extra $$ -- and this happned with the new management company. So, don't expect the management will get any better just because they have a new company.

The pool was closed by government, probably due to a violation of health codes. The most irritating thing is that the water line breaks every couple of months, and you won't have running water for a significant period of time. This place is a ghetto. Having said that, I liked the maintenance people who were very quick, friendly and nice. But the rental office people and how they manage the place are simply nightmare! Do not ever live here. It's not worth it.
