Leaseholders will find convenient shopping at the Walmart across the road; the shopping center also includes a dentist’s office and a pharmacy. If leaseholders are employed at the Hunter Medical Plaza, they have a short and easy commute to work. For tenants with gifted children, the Skyline Prep & Arts Academy is located a short way down West Warner Road. Despite the location, reviewers were dissatisfied with the condition of the grounds and units, as well as the response time of the maintenance staff.
