Dont be fooled. Know the difference between a Pet FEE, verses a Pet DEPOSIT. Pet FEE does not pay for your carpet at the end of your lease, (it's a just because we can fee) YOU WILL BE CHARGED $195 additional. And they CANNOT waive this "FEE" because, and I quote, "lets face it, all pets have accidents". And the additional $30 - $50 per month that you pay on top of that, is basically just because!! At least thats what they told me when I got socked with an $800 bill. And if you want to sign a new lease, you might want to start tracking management down 6 months in advance, NO JOKE! So if this all sounds reasonable to you, than jump in and get your feet wet, but hang on to your wallet, cause they're coming for it again,...VULTURES!!
