Great apartment. Great complex. Two concerns: Your assigned parking spot will be far, far away from your apartment. You will walk by many other parking spots to get to your assigned spot. There is no way to upgrade to a closer spot -- you get what you get. Secondly, beware the website payment option. It's not reliable. They'll take a week or more to notify you that there was an error and by then you'll be on the hook for $75 or more in late fees and other charges. The fact that I'd received an email from their website confirming my payment had been updated had no effect. The obvious answer: Pay through your bank account online bill pay and avoid their website like the plague.
