Apartment Review for San Cierra

I'm impressed with my experience so far. <P>
The rent is a little higher than I would like, and it would be much higher if I hadn't gotten a good deal. The location isn't ideal, but it's definitely liveable - I think the rent prices should be adjusted to reflect the lack of proximity to any real attractions. <P>
My apartment and the rest of the complex is beautiful. Eveything is functional and all of my service requests have been handled quickly. I'm a little concerned about some unwelcomed crawling guests I've encountered, but the free pest control seems to have handled that. My biggest complaint is the lack of cold water - it's hard to get anything colder than lukewarm. A big plus is that I rarely hear my neighbors. Also, it seems the good insulation is helping to keep my electric bill down! <P>
If you can afford it, San Cierra is a very nice place to live. Just be sure to negotiate on the rent! <P>
