Apartment Reviews for San Hacienda - Chandler

I've lived here for over a year now and its a great place. The staff is really nice and they maintain the appearance of the apartment complex really well. There are a few small negative things here. One, if you're hoping your lease will go down after the first year, think again. Two, there is no hot water at times. Three, there are small bugs but not roaches or spiders. You'll probably see 5 a month. It's not a huge problem. We live in the one bedroom and everything is updated. $834 for one bedroom. You do have to pay for gas through Southwest Gas company. Roughly $40 a month. The neighbors are nice and there is security almost every night. Nice pool and the gym is great. Cox is the only cable/internet company allowed. No Directv, sorry! Overall, very nice.
