Review for Towne Square Apartments

I would strongly urge anyone considering living at this complex to go somewhere else. The management, while friendly, really do nothing to help you, and the maintenance people really don't do anything to help you.

We had our refrigerator worked on 5 times! Each time the maintenance people reported the same fix for the problem, and each time the problem came back in a week or two. We even asked the simply replace it; they just did the same thing again, and the problem came back.

When moving out, we were charged a huge cleaning fee, even though we vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the counters, bathrooms, etc. Then, when we tried to reverse some of the charges, they wouldn't budge, even after explaining the situation with the refrigerator (and all the money we lost in ruined food) they would not move on the charges.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the management and maintenance at this apartment and really urge others to consider living somewhere else.
